Welcome to EliteCards. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

EliteCards is a premium metal business card manufacturer based in India, offering custom-designed cards exclusively for delivery within India.

EliteCards provides custom metal business card design, manufacturing, and delivery services. Our services include:

• Online card configurator with real-time preview
• Custom design consultation
• Precision laser engraving
• Premium metal card production
• Secure packaging and delivery within India

Important: We currently ship only within India.

3.1 Order Placement

Orders are placed through our online configurator. Once you complete your design and proceed to checkout, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will be honored at the agreed price.

3.4 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after payment verification. For COD orders, confirmation is sent after our team reviews the order details.

4.1 Design Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all text, logos, and design elements submitted. EliteCards is not liable for errors in customer-provided content.

4.2 Intellectual Property

You must own or have permission to use any logos, images, or designs submitted. EliteCards is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-provided content.

4.3 Design Approval

For custom orders, a digital proof will be provided for your approval before production. Once approved, no changes can be made.

5.1 Production Time

Standard production time is 5-7 business days after design approval. Delivery time depends on your location within India (typically 3-5 business days for metro cities, 5-7 days for other locations).

5.2 Shipping

We ship via reputable courier services across India. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. EliteCards is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.

5.3 Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Each card undergoes rigorous quality inspection before shipment. However, minor variations in color, finish, or engraving depth may occur due to the nature of metal engraving and are not considered defects.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please see our Refund Policy for detailed information.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited uses include:

• Submitting offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Providing false or misleading information

EliteCards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data is used solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment.

EliteCards reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandaur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
