- •Personal Information: Name, Email Address, Phone Number (provided directly or via Google Login).
- •Shipping Information: Physical delivery address for fulfilling orders.
- •Design Data: Logos, images, and text you upload for card customization.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information solely for:
- •Processing and delivering your orders.
- •Authenticating your account (e.g., Google Sign-In).
- •Communicating order status and updates.
- •Improving our website and customer service.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted third parties necessary for operations:
- •Logistics Partners: Name, Address, and Phone shared with courier services to deliver your package.
- •Payment Gateways: Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store card details.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage. Your account is protected by Supabase Authentication infrastructure.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@elitecards.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
⚠️ Important: EliteCards currently ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We deliver to all major cities and towns across India through our trusted courier partners.
2. Production Time
- •Standard Orders: 5-7 business days for production after design approval
- •Custom/Complex Designs: 7-10 business days
- •Rush Orders: Available on request with additional charges (3-4 business days)
Production begins only after final design approval and payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Timeline
*Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- •Orders above ₹2,500: Free shipping across India
- •Orders below ₹2,500: Flat ₹150 shipping charge
- •Express Shipping: Additional ₹300 for expedited delivery (where available)
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- •Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- •SMS updates on delivery status
- •Real-time tracking link to monitor your shipment
6. Delivery Requirements
- •Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- •Valid ID proof may be required for delivery
- •If delivery fails, the courier will attempt re-delivery or hold the package at their local office
- •Packages unclaimed for 7 days will be returned to us
7. Packaging
All cards are carefully packaged in premium boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each package includes:
- •Individual card sleeve for protection
- •Luxury presentation box
- •Care instructions
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- •Contact us immediately at support@elitecards.com with photos of the damaged package
- •We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- •Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Refund & Return Policy
Important Notice: Due to the custom, personalized nature of our metal business cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final once production begins.
1. Eligible for Refund
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- •Manufacturing Defects: Cards with visible defects in engraving, finish, or material quality
- •Our Error: We engraved incorrect information that was correctly provided by you
- •Damaged in Transit: Cards that arrive damaged due to shipping (with proof)
- •Wrong Product: You received a completely different design than ordered
2. NOT Eligible for Refund
We cannot accept refunds or returns for:
- ✕Change of mind or design preference
- ✕Errors in information provided by the customer (typos, wrong phone numbers, etc.)
- ✕Minor color variations (metal finishes may vary slightly from digital previews)
- ✕Cards that have been approved by you via digital proof
- ✕Cards damaged after delivery due to mishandling
3. Refund Process
Contact Us
Email support@elitecards.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- • Order number
- • Clear photos of the issue
- • Detailed description of the problem
Review
Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours
Resolution
If approved, we will offer:
- • Free replacement with corrected design
- • Full refund to original payment method
- • Store credit for future purchase (120% of order value)
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Bank credits may take additional 5-10 days depending on your bank.
4. Order Cancellation
Before Production Starts:
You can cancel your order for a full refund before design approval and production begins. Contact us immediately.
After Production Starts:
Once production begins (after design approval), orders cannot be cancelled. However, you may modify your order within 24 hours with potential additional charges.
5. Replacement Cards
If you need a replacement due to an error on our part:
- •We will produce and ship replacement cards at no additional cost
- •Replacements are given priority production (3-5 business days)
- •You do not need to return the defective cards
